Heat Reclaim
Fellow Members,
We have to design a a heat reclaim tank with 160 liters of water
entering with a water temp.of 28 centigrade to be heated up to 75 degrees centigrade.
Heat will come from the compressor rack.Any drawing or sketch to be shared by fellow RE
members .

Re: Heat Reclaim
160L tank with walls made of dimple plate stainless steel, sized to cope with the flow of refrigerant and or bypass arangement.
Suitable pressure and safety valves and pressure vessels to stop dangerous pressures in the tank.
Drain plug for cleaning out scale etc.Mostly found in Oxfordshire, UK :)

Re: Heat Reclaim
These are about the best I've seen, double walled storage tanks, capillary action claims a lot more heat than standard plate heat exchangers plus you have storage built in.
