remote for an unbranded air con unit

    In a dilema.

I have a one box air source heat pump. It was a bespoke unit which is a mixture of parts from different manufacturers.

The property developer who built my block 8 year ago commissioned a company to make these bespoke. The commissioned company is no longer in business.

The remote is no longer working- it's not a branded remote, nor is any of the unit actually branded.

I need to get a replacement but don't know which one to get as I won't know how to programme it as it doesn't have a brand.

    any ideas?

Sounds like you need a universal remote. They aren't entirely universal, but they do cover almost every split. Worth a try, anyway.
