350es vilter recip compressor

have a rebuilt 350es 6cy recip compressor that will not pump both sides suc and disc at 150# any ideas

Somebody put it together wrong.
Almost certainly a valve issue. One valve wrong could cause the problem.
I assume you have more than one compressor to generate the 150 lbs in the first place.
Send us a little more info.
We had a guy put one valve in upside down in a old Vilter 6X6 two cylinder machine once. It was easy to make the mistake. Every thing went around in circles. He was embarrassed.

Thanks,thats hat i was thinking but they say it worked from fri till today the compressor is a 350es 6 cyc on a nugget ice maker they said it was rebuilt 4or 5 years ago and has been on shelf ill now im not familar with the 350 series only dealt with 450xl

it will take you a few seconds to check the valves [discharge] close the low side main valve and see if it holds the pressure.
