required technical support of mitsubishi wall mounted heat pump
Hi I have a problem of Mitshishi elect. wall mount heat pump problem,
operation in cool mode is okay, but cannot operate in heat mode, the compressor and outdoor fan were not running,
indoor model: MSZ-GB50VA-A1
outdoor model: MUZ-GB50VA-A1
I have check the fault from remote control with prsee the mode, too cool and set button, but the indoor unit, the light of operation and indicator were both off, so we go to check the outdoor unit, and the red LED 1 is 5 times flash and 2.5 second off, we have checked all the thermistor all are okay, so anyone give advice what is wrong.

Thanks,I have received the manual from BDT new zealand, so I will check the manual first and if I still got the problem, I will ask your professional advice.
