Thermocold chiller alarm

Hi.
I have a problem with chiller AWA ANERSAVE II 2260 ZC NT SE B R407c.
There is alarm "main fun/pump maintenance hour meter" wich I try to acknowledge but it appear again. The hour meter is 10013 hours. I can`t find any information in manual.
Is anybody know how to acknowledge this alarm?

The run hour threshold is set for 10,000 hours, you need to reset the run hours.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with these chillers.
What make is the controller on it??

Enter with service password and reset hour counter.

if it is a carel pco controller,
you indeed need to go to the maitenence menu and reset it there.

The password is 1234.
