    Question R410

    Hello guys,

It comes to my notice that many companies start to use R410 in their new designs. What is the advantage of R410? The properties of R407C are very close to R22. Although it has temperature glide, I still think it is the best choice to replace R22. The saturating pressure of R410 is much higher than R22 and R404a. When the condensing temperature is 50 degree C, the high side pressure will be 30.33 bars. By my knowledge, it should be used at low temperature applications. The fact is it is widely use in air conditioning systems. What is the reason people like it so much?

    Thanks
    Vincent

Equipment size is one benefit, plant is smaller, more compact.
