You are right..............A name is a Proper Noun and must be capitalised....

Unfortunately our fellow member mentioned above does not,in fact, use a capital letter himself.

This makes it difficult to be grammatically correct without possibly causing offence.

Or, it could be that Frank simply missed the Caps key when he first signed in.
