    16c A/C system



    Hi,
    Can anyone recommend an ac ceiling cassette 3.5 kw that will go down to 16c please.

    None of the major players systems using R410a can control below 18c these days.

    As mentioned by r.bartlett Qualitair Low temp Cassettes are one option.
    Another are Marstair which are available in the more std 600 x 600 & 875 x 875mm Cassette chassis sizes. 10-18c control band.
    However, they are a bit "old fashioned" by modern day standards e.g. R407c gas, non-inverter, elec-mech controls. Fit for purpose though.

    Thanks for that chaps,I had had a look around as customer (insists he wants his bedroom at 16c,well sleep outside in a tent then!!)had asked for this.

    daikin units have a setting mode to allow a 16deg setpoint for server rooms-done via the brc controller
