Nando.
I am with stufus. Soapy suds usually beats all.
My colleagues and I use a varity of electronic detectors, which all can prove useful indooors.
I don't know, so far! Of any that like working outside and if there is a breeze of any kind forget it.
My dtec like yours goes crazy if you blow across the tip, let alone in windy conditions.
Stufus, does the Yellow Jacket perform outside?

Re: leads finder
Hey Grizzly
I find it to be decent enough outdoors, takes a strong gust to set it off.
I had a couple of dtec's before it.
Its definatly better.
But everyone knows "hands that do dishes can be soft as your feet with mild green fairy liquid"
cheers

Re: leads finder
Stufus your byline is brilliant.
You never know one day our inky scribes may allow me to purchase one?
