    Carlyle 06E compressor -damage valves

I have worked on a carlyle compressor and replaced stator. Upon start up everything worked fine until i noticed excessive vibration after 20 min.
Upon further checks I noticed that the unloader was malfunctioning, correct this probelm, only to find out the next day that the discharge valves on both heads were broken.

Replaced valves and the same probelm the next day.

any ideas, I am at a loss, simply do not know how to approach this probelm.

    Thanks

Overheating or liquid carryover, the seals in unloaders would be the first thing to look at.

I did not mention that the head with the unloader was replaced, so the seals may not have been the probelm. The suction pressure was 50 and discharge pressure 250.
Supose there was liquid carry over, why only the discarge valves broken and not the suction. Just a thought.

However I did not examine the seals in the unloader, will take a look today.
