Hi Vibegirl. I'm brand new here so I haven't figured out how to use the PM function yet. But, if you are looking for bearing info on TDSH233, 283, 355 or XJF120 or 151, I have all of this info available.

A lot of Frick mechanics do a bearing check by simply bumping the male rotor and checking the end clearance. Dismantling to visually check bearings is also not a good idea as you can only see the first bearing in the stack, and besides, it's quite costly as a new shaft seal will be required. Best way to check bearings is to employ the services of a good vibration analyst who has in depth knowledge of the specific machine's internals. Of course, I would put in a shameless plug for vibration analysts as I am one.
