Mitsubishi centrifugal chiller's manual needed

Dear all;
Recently I worked on a Mitsubishi centrifugal chiller, NART 90E,
the chiller is just like those semi-hermetic chillers made by Carrier and Trane,
but still I think there will be some different design ideas from Mitsubishi Heavy industry,
for getting better understanding of this kind of chiller, I need operation or service manuals,
can any one help?

I have tried the MHI wb site,
but got nothing there,
it seems it's hard to obtain the IOM manuals from MHI.
