help with bosch logixx fridge

hi , i am having problems getting in touch with bosch and their customer service is rubbish , they referred me to their local agent who said he doesnt have the tools to see what the problem is. the fridge is not cold and the compressor isnt running but it is working so the engineer says , the display is flashing LO and 4 for the temp.. the control buttons on the top dont work either.. can anyone help..is it the top control panel that needs replaced or something else..the model no is KSR38430/gb or FD8702. any advice would be greatly appreciated..thanks to these forums i managed to replace a thermal fuse on a whirlpool industrial dryer... so im sure i can do this with a bit of advice...

It was not easy to register for this site but I did it since I have the same error with my bosch refrigerator. Did you resolve this issue? If so, how?

We came back from vacation and it was on this error. Inside lights are not workig either.
