Hi, I'm trying to decide between a choice of three commercial -80 chest freezers (all about 17 cu ft/500 litres) offered by New Brunswick (Innova), Sanyo and So-Low respectively. For a non-refrigeration trained person it's a bit of a nightmare as the spec's are all presented differently - so it's like trying to compare apples with oranges. My main concern is to get a system that is reliable and not over stressed as my (non-technical) feeling is that a unit that runs less (motor=compressor cycling on) is likely to be at less risk of long term failure. I'm based in New Zealand and would appreciate any advice or feedback available. Also any feedback on the New Brunswick vacuum panel insulation system would be useful as well.
