    Cool How can i know the cooling time for any product(daily, meat, or pork)



    hello,
    how can i calculate the cooling time? example, cheese, meat, fruit and pork. i would like to know, if there is a computer software that i can use?

    Good old fashioned maths I'm afraid.

    All products have a heat content.

    All you do is find the products heat content (see below) and then X that by how many degrees you want it colder.
    Then just X by time and that gives you how much heat to remove per Kilogramme per time.
