Carrier 5H series open type compressor

I have received five, 5H-120 and 5H80 compressors. All of them have bent, broken and
punctured oil pressure lines going to the capacity control unloaders and the shaft seal end. The problems have occurred in location where nothing can be done. The pipes must be removed and new pipes fix in place. I have never done this type of repair. I will appreciate if I can receive guidance from members and forum readers in this regards. Thanks. I notice this is over one year old. Are you still working with these compressors?

The compressors have been kept aside for the present. Since I am still uncertain how to repair, it is better to wait. I will definitely appreciate your help and suggestions in this regards. Thanks and regards.

Dear Friend, Actually these compressors are very good. If you are attempting First time repairs it will
be little bit difficult in opening shaft. You give me a test mail to me, so that I will send you the manuals
and I will guide you how to take out shaft and capacity control mechanism as these are very import
in these compressor.
