Datorized Log p Diagram

Good day Gentlemen !
Is there anyone who knows if there's any Log p diagram sofware available, where you can type the input data, like pressure, temperature etc and then get the diagram with all the specific data like COP etc ?

It would be quite great to have, in order to deliver togheter with the comisioning repport, instead of manualy fill in a log p it would be more accurite as well.
