City multi - strange code
Just had a client phone me from site, they have 3x units fitted to one suite, it runs for ten mins and all controls throw up the same code: 0771302
does this mean 1302 high pressure fault?
we've just taken the site on and in the last three months we've had a few small issues

Re: City multi - strange code
077 is the unit address.
The detecting units address is always displayed with the fault code.
Cheers

Re: City multi - strange code
No worries.
This is an old one but most of the codes are the same.

Re: City multi - strange code
turns out they lost a phase, its running now but one of the controllers in the suite is showing 'HO'. according to the manual you gave me the link for I think the system is trying to do an automatic address

Re: City multi - strange code
You are right system is trying to search registered addresses.
HO stand for Hold (wait a second), if not wait a minute, if not wait a 3 minutes, if not wait an hour.
Still showing HO after 3 or 5 minutes passed, then you need to re-registered. Most of the case should be OK after 2 to 3 minutes.
