    advice



    I am primarily an ac guy I have a new job at a company that does mostly refrigeration which I have never done before they said they would train me but they are just sending me on refrigeration calls even on rack systems I am getting very frustrated and I feel stupid when I can't fix it long story short any advice as to were to get some training from should I just ask my boss . Learn the hard way in the field or is there some good online stuff

    I guess your interview went well? were you completely honest with your new boss and say you had no experience in refrigeration? If so, then he should be sending you out with other tradsmen to basically "show you the ropes". This will be a period of fast learning for you but not something that is impossible to grasp. Ask lots of questions and take notes.. On this forum, there is so much information available to learn from.. Just take your time and ask any of us if you don't understand something or need clarification.. Mike.
