HGB- Line bursting frequently in Lierbert Emerson PEX130FA100
Dear All,
I am facing a frequent break down problem of Refrigerant Leak by bursting of HGB line after the HGB Solenoid Valve. Its a precision AC, Emerson/Liebert make with CEMS100 Controller with a cooling capacity of 30kW. There are four such units installed in the Data Center and all of these units have shown this problem at different time of the year. I have done certain observation and prepared an RCA. But somehow, I am not satisfied with my own analysis. Can someone help and enlighten on what can be a possible scenario where HGB is not successful.
I am attaching the RCA (In pdf format) which I have drafted to explain the case.

I am not at all familiar with this type of unit, and I am assuming that the leaking is from a cracked refrigerant line, if in fact this is true then I would be more inclined to think that there is some unwanted vibration on this line and that it should be properly secured.

Possible the compressors are still bolted down hard for shipping.
