Lennox in the U.K.

Hi Guys.
I am being told that Lennox have pulled out of the U.K.
And as a consequence obtaining support and spares from them is a nightmare?
Does this ring true?
Is there a third party available to supply spares?

there is a company in northampton called gasflow who supply lennox spares

ive dealt direct with monkeys contact but its hard work/ last time ordered some bits 3 week wait then it came then 3 weeks later another then 3 weeks later another came then they started chaseing money , the gent was very helpful and my accent dont help on th ephone either they are still useing english tech phone lines

annoyingly all the lennox parts are other manufacturers and specifically modified so u cant go to honeywell for gas burner parts or actuators,the fan scrolls are odd sizes,transformers are daft -415 to 240 with an additional tapping of 40v??? good luck and when the carel software goes up the swannie -good luck

had the same with a well none water chiller they would not give us the acess codes for controller however they did offer to send one of there engineers at silly money so ripped it out fitted a dixell and told there sales rep not to call me any more now we get montly flyers from them the customer always have the lat laugh if they walk and i did

yep-£580 a day for a muppet from huddersfield to roll up at 9.30 =got that t shirt!!and as for the robin noble,doesnt know his arse from his elbow!!!

spot on my days labour and a dixcell is less than that and no hassle in the future why do they do it i dont sell many water chillers just three this year so far but thats three lost sales from them and in the years to come just for a code if they want to do it to retail ok but to do i to trade come on we all have a job to do and as far as i am concerned they wont sell me any more products i have to look at my customers in the face
