Exclamation Candy CPCA270FFK not working, pcb replaced.

The mother in laws Candy CPCA270FFK fridge freezer wasn't working, upon switching on it was just clicking in and out, purchased new control pcb module and fitted.
Still isn't working, but it seemed to be making all the right noises like it was going to.
Any ideas? Was thinking the thermistor but does this control the fridge and freezer as both still don't work.
The fan in freezer comes on, and the compressor makes a hum, but not sure if working correctly.
Is there any tests I can do on compressor/thermistor anything?

    Many thanks

If there is a hum the compressor is trying to start but then cuts out via an overload, could be relay that starts the compressor but these cheap end fridges aren't made to last.
Compressor change would cost too much.

Ok, Just been to have a listen.

Compressor not trying to come on at all, the hum is just the fan in the freezer section running.

Anyone think it is worth changing the capacitor that starts the compressor? Like i say new module fitted and I assume black wire in the 4 core cable from the compressor is the 240v return run to start compressor and this is live.

    thankyou.
