Re: Freezer Coldroom
I have mentioed this before, are they, the owners loading it with fresh produce IE anything that is not frozen, I have had to expain many many times to customers it's not a freezer it's for frozen storeage yes prouce will eventually freeze and by the time the fan has lifted all the warm moist air around the coil a few times you will get ice, that and all the other things mentioned, are also valid

Re: Freezer Coldroom
evap fans running, contactor welded on compressor, relay on digital controller welded, polythene wrapping on inlets, overloaded with produce, bad air circulation from restricting airflow? door seal not sealing properly.faulty drain heater, blocked drain, electric defrost heaters burnt out/end blown off-unload it,defrost it and start at the beginning.compressor shouldnt start up until the red led on the controller is solid.fans should spin the same way.clip current and inspect heaters.

Re: Freezer Coldroom
You say gas is fine, is it fine when coil is frozen or after you defrosted it and got the room to temperature?
