Swimming pool HP c/w house GSHP

A customer is looking to build a new house. He is looking at GSHP for the main heating/hot water. He also has a swimming pool which the old HP is now blown up.

He wishes to combine the two to give a greater efficiency both for the pool and the house. We realize he will need another HE circuit between the pool and the house to prevent corrosion.

Would this work out as in the winter he could heat the house/water & occasionally the pool via the GSHP and in the summer (or once above std ground temperature) switch to the ASHP for greater effieicncy plus potentially cooling the house too as a bonus.(?)
I also suggested adding solar which would help to heat the pool and pre heat the hot water etc.

It may seem quite complicated but he reckons this is his last move till a retirement home so he would reap the benefits in the long term.

Or would he be better off just settling for a GSHP + solar system and the extra HE circuit?

Why not just a GSHP which could heat the house in the winter and could heat the pool and hot water in the summer while simultaneously cooling the house?

Its doable, but tricky. If his emitter temperature on the property heating and the swimming pool flow temperature match, its easy. if not, its slightly more complicated.

does your customer want to use the existing heat exchanger for the swimming pool?
Does your customer have room for buffer vessels and a new domestic hot water cylinder?
