Criteria for Prep Room Load Calculation

    Hello.
When calculating heat load for a prep/cutting room is there any special considerations or criteria to be used?, besides of course of the people and machines in the room, I mean more like if there's a factor to compensate the low air flow velocity or to the fact that the refrigeration system will be shut off when last shift finishes and turn on when the first shift enter to work. I ask this because if I set run time for the real time the equipment will be on then the load rises a lot and I'm wondering if that's the way to calculate.

Please I'll appreciate any commentary, suggestion or any light in my road.

Re: Criteria for Prep Room Load Calculation

So I guess it's not common you work with prep or cutting rooms, or is it that you do nothing special or different when working on them???
