    blighline in administration

Is anyone going to the blighline creditors meeting on 25th may?

From their document, the administrators (Deloitte) are making sure they screw creditors with their exhorbitant fees and they want creditors to vote for these in the hope that creditors get something back but it wont be much.

Creditors also have to pay pre administration expenses and for "subsistence" on the job. Presumably that includes nights out on the town after work?

Deloittes are also cheeky enough to ask for 45p a mile for all journeys - even for those journeys when the actual HMRC rate was only 40p

It can't be fun being a creditor. And especially so if one of the smaller business affected.
From what I have seen of the administration team, they are totally professional and work long hours to get the work done as quickly as possible. I don't work for them.
Good luck and best wishes for tomorrow.

Im sure the administrators (Deloitte) do work long hours - it in their interests to work long hours.
They are being paid by the hour at nearly £1,000 an hour.
The more hours "worked", the more fees for Deloitte

even by their own admission, the administrators didnt get it all their way at the creditors meeting. GOOD.

most of the adminstrators proposals were either rejected or had to be altered

why should creditors pay for carlton siddle's pre administration expenses, or for subsistence presumably including nights out for his juniors after work?

    outrageous, arrogant and absurd
