Hotpoint Mistral Problem

Hi,

I seem to have a problem with my Hotpoint Mistral fridge/freezer. The freezer now shows anywhere between -22 to -14, changing back and forth throughout the day (currently on -15).

The fridge on the other hand shows around the +19 mark.

I have took the panel off at the bottom of the freezer and cleaned the inside, however it hasn't made any difference to the temperatures of the fridge or freezer.

Has anyone any advice on what the problem might be?
