Cold store Bangladesh

We have been asked to quote for a cold store in Bangladesh. There is concern over a reliable power supply for the equipment. The customer wants to use solar panels as a means of providing power.
As far as we are aware this would not be possible but having no experiance with solar power I thought it best to ask?
I would have thought that a generator would be a far more straight forward method.

Hi G Cook.
your client would need acres of panels and several truck loads of battery packs with all electronics and invertors to go with it. Suggest that you offer a gen set as back up power supply as you indicated.
