hi guys sorry if this is in the wrong section,

i have been working on a tae evo 050 water chiller for the last few day on and off, it keeps comming up FL which is flow fault on the water side i doesnt have a flow meter but does have a water level scencer which i replaced and the new control to go with it, i watched it do it again today but nothing trips except the u chiller controller i had 4.7 bar outlet pressure ( 1.9 bar when off) no air in system pump ok and not tripping out on level control still satisfied all refrigeration ok, i have ordered a new u chiller 2 controller which comes tomorrow@ £130 so hope i am right. Any of you boys had such a fault? its starting to make me look bad

Re: tae evo 050 water chiller

Hi is this sorted? How is it piped hydrolically? Sometimes if the chiller is pulling from an open tank it can pump out more water than its receiving and the level in the evap drops and so causes low water level. In this case we move the pump to a position between the tank and the evap. Cheers
