New in air conditioning

Hi every one, could someone told me what kink of evaporator, condesor and expansion valve i need for a small dc compressor (134a), that deliver 1500 w, would like to cool milk in a canister that have a 40 liter capacity, milk enter at around 80 degree F and must be cool at 40°F, the canistir have isolated wall of 2 inch of sterofoam, and sourunding temperture is 100 F
