    Cascade system -90*C



    hii all,

    iam new in this forum, please give me some advise cause my problem as follow :

    my cascade system using two compressor Danfoss gs26clx for both stage.
    Condensor 1 HP Power, Filter Drier, Double Pipe Hx, Expansion Tank 1 Hp.
    High Stage Refrigerant using R1270 and Low Stage Refrigerant using R1150.
    Freezer Evaporator about 260 Ltr. need temperature -90*C.
    that system already running very well almost 1 week. after that the low stage LP become vaccum zone. and temperature going rise up to the room temperature.

    somebody please help me to solve this problem.

    when the system where ok then what was the Ampir of the system. and after the fault what ampirs shows on A meter.
    2nd. what is the pozition of bubbles in sight glass.
    3rd. what is the gauge pressure when system is not working.

    Most likely oil logging.. Use some kind of solvent to flush through the cap tube. To confirm the logging check the evap temperature inlet and outlet ( if its possible).
