Plate heat exchanger for brine circulation system.

I have problem about liquid supply to plate heat exchanger,I use NH3 liquid pump supply liquid to PHE but look like some thing block NH3 liquid to PHE , I have checked both inlet and outlet of PHE but not found anything inside PHE.Liquid pump supply NH3 liquid to PHE at 5 bar(PM3+CVP at suction of PHE set 2.5 bar). All data of system have normal condition but just only outlet temperature of Brine still higher than design condition.I think liquid pass PHE not enough because it cool only bottom of PHE but I don't know cause of this problem.Have somebody know about this problem and can advice me please.

    pratrov,
Here's a few things to check

    - Do you have a hand expansion valve that may require more turns open.
    - have you checked all strainers
    - you could try manually opening solenoid vale & PM valve to see what happens
    - can you instal a gauge on liquid supply close to PHE to see if you really have 5 bar

Has brine been checked for concentration?

Did you drain the oil from PHE?
