Defrost termination switch
Where is the best place to attach the defrost termination switch on the evaporator ? And how does this switch work ? Once in defrost, when the coil heats up to a certain temperature it cuts the defrost cycle short if not needed ? could you explain ? Thanks

Re: Defrost termination switch
The best place is the last place on the coil that will be defrosted.

Re: Defrost termination switch
it all depends on many factors, if the coil has has heaters front and back then the klixon should be strapped to the middle of the coil, like how they do on arneg cases, you really are better speaking to the case supplier, cause if you misplace it you will be back defrosting it reguarly
