Measuring Refrigerant Mass Flow Rate
Dear Friends;
We are interested in measuring unsteady mass flow rate of refrigerant during the transients of a refrigeration system (with a resolution of 3-5 secs). I've seen some academic work on this but Is there a ready to use device out there to do this.

I would suggest to look for The Doppler effect flowmeters on Goggle. They are not cheep.

Try hiring one from a Tech Rentals type company.
