Guessing i'd be below average in answering this question. Maybe capacity and storage temperature? Heavy service Fridge may have larger cooling capacity than light service fridge. O.K, my hand is up, more information please?

All relate to traffic in and out of coldstorage area, infiltration rates when door/s are open.
