HelpmanSelect Selection software problem

Hi there. I have a problem about Helpman Select.

It is really good software but last version can't start in Vista / Xp / Win 98 / Win 7 64 .

I can't find old version. Is there anybody can run last version or have old version of software.

When I try to run software Alfa Laval Logo Appears and not open , not give a error msg nothing nothing...

What's the version you have?

Please send 2 or 3 print screens with the phases of the installation. I never had problems.

You always should use the last version because have improvements and new equipments.

My version is 01-2011 and I have installed 1-2 months ago without any problem.

as you can see. There is a Helpman Logo but software can't start.

I try Win 7 / win Xp / win 98

I downloaded from the same site as you did. I think maybe be from your PC.

Try to download again the file. Maybe some problem on the data during the download.

With all programs closed install again...however this couldn't be the reason.

Uninstall the previous version despite the new installation do it by itself.

I try it 3 different pc with diffrent OS but same error same error
I also try to mail helpman but they just say Win 7 problem.

still I can't solve the problem =(

Finlly I solve the problem.

Just need to change system language to Eng.

All OS that I try to start software is turkish.
