Hello fellow polar bears...... Books to read?????
Hello all, first post. I"m from Australia. Wanting to know if anyone can reccomend a good book to purchase which focuses on the key points of the following-
* Basic explanation of Refrigeration and Air conditioning principles. (supaheats, subcooling, humidity, dew points and saturation) etc.
*Functions of main components.
*Diagnosing and repairs.
*** This would mainly be covering commercial equipment from DX plant, to chillers (air and water cooled) through to chill beamed systems.
Any advice given, I thank you in advance.

Hi gibtek6 and welcome
Try getting your hands on these, Principles of refrigeration - Roy Dossat, Also Modern Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - Althouse, Turnquist, Bracciiano.
You will find pretty much everything is covered,be sure to check what units are used before buying (imperial/metric)
Use the search box top right of page to look for previous discussions on the same subject ,come's up a lot so there's plenty of info available
Best of luck
Cheers
StuTool's ? check ! Condom's ? check !
