Is there any technical info about these cabinets anywhere? Having a problem with an ice cream cabinet, the base is frosting over air on/off on one side only, affecting product every couple of weeks.

There has been a fair bit of work done previously, i'm wondering if the fans/blades are correct and recommended defrost settings etc.

hi al, i had the same problem in a tesco with these cases, and it turned out the cases had smaller fan motors fitted during energy management works and the smaller motors didnt have enough oumf to force the air up to the top half and the iced up in no time at all, i fitted bigger motors and hay presto!!
