pricing air con maintenance
Folks
Need some help pricing maintainance contracts for multiple air con units. Mixture between VRF and one to one's. Not really looking for actual pricing more a how to approach!!
Do i take an hour per indoor, do i price per indoor (over 100 on site), do i price based on engineer rate or on general operative rate, it's mind boggling!!
Any rational input appreciated, although it's burning my brain up so irrational could do...

You price on how much it will costs you plus a percentage at the very least.

Times how long it would take to service the site X hourly rate and add the estimated hours you would be called out to the site on service calls, then that is your rate

I agree with the above, hourly rate as you will make the money on the repairs and the replacements.
