Exactly. You beat me to it. It's called the RAC Yearbook, as I recall - It's provided 'free' with a subscription to RAC Magazine.

I don't know how you can get a copy other than borrowing one from someone...... or taking ou a subscription to the mag.

Some of the trade wholesalers may have a copy at their branches........
