    Thumbs down Google adds

Has anyone else noticed the Google adds that appear in each thread reply or is it just me or my settings.
It's seriously annoying , maybe one of the Mods could tell me if it can be turned off?
I don't think they were appearing yesterday
    Cheers

Sorry but the adverts help pay to keep the site running; it's a pain but server costs aren't free.

    No worries Brian
As my old grand pappy used to say before he went to prison "Nothing's free in this life, unless you steal it"
    Cheers for the reply

    Re: Google adds

    There's ads?
Not in opera there isn't, except for a couple on the side.

Edit: Loaded up IE and checked. Aww hell no, no way I'd read the forum like that.

Opera Browser, it's what I've been using for years. Used mozilla before it was called firefox though, switched to opera when firefox replaced the old mozilla browser.
Opera and urlfilter.ini is all you need.

I'm not using a total 'adblocker' app, just opera with the urlfilter, a passive way of not loading anything suspicious or dodgy.
