Fujitsu ductless heat pump/air conditioner doesn't work

I have a problem with Fujitsu ductless heat pump/air conditioner.
The Indicating light of "Operation" and "Timer" flickers.
The sequence is as follows.
1. Cut off the power to the unit.
2. Power on the unit
3. After about 3 ~ 4 min. " Operation" light flickers 5 times
4. "Operation" and "Timer" lights flickers 5 times simultaneously.
5. Flickering of both lights continues.

During this check, Indoor & outdoor unit doesn't work. Only air flow louver opens and closes.
Any recommendation?
If you gentlemen have service manual, I appeciate to share.

Check that out bottom of page 16 small print
Sounds like the inverter board has failed ,count the flashes of the timer light ,it's probably 13 blinks
But i may be wrong

I 've got the service manual from Fujitsu america today. I am going to study it from now on.
If I find the cause I 'll post asap.
