    Sealing Rotary compressor up??

    Hi,

I need to seal my 12000 BTU Rotary i pulled from an AC unit. I left some extra pipe on there but i need to make it neater so i can do what i need to on there.

I've plenty of Mapp Gas left so i can pull the pipe off but i want to fit some rubber bungs in like new making it all nice and neat. Kinda like new.

Where can i get some and is there anything else i should go about doing?

If i can't get rubber bungs what else can i do.

If you have left enough pipe on it, squash the end flat and braze it up.

    And fill it with Nitrogen.
Rubber bungs you can find on new compressors or at your supplyer.
