Mc Quay HSA screw compressor

Hello.
There is compressor Mc Quay HSA220. At work extraneous metal noise was observed. After opening of viewing covers it is revealed:
Leaky contact of a molding of a rotor to a rotor body. The molding a hand freely moves on some degrees concerning a rotor.
Question, how much densely molding should fasten to a rotor and the backlash is possible in this place.

The reason for the noise, the destruction of the valve on the compressor discharge.

5 yrs ago, i saw this problem happen on frame 4...seems like not resolve yet.....
