LG LG B48AWYN762 fault code

Anyone got a manual or fault codes for an LG LG B48AWYN762?
Got one to look at tommorow, LG have given me authority to repair as the customer can't get anyone out to look at it under warranty.
I have looked at heaps of older LGs in the past out of warranty, but not any new ones, so my info is old. EG they say CH12 fault, and none of my older stuff has that fault code.

Error Indicator:


•

The function provides self-diagnosis and displays an error code if there is any trouble.


•

Error codes are displayed on the Indoor unit’s Wired Remote as CH**, and/or Fascia Display. In


addition, the code is indicated via LED’s on the outdoor unit control board.


•

If more than two troubles occur simultaneously, the lower number of error code is displayed first.


•

After an error occurs, if error is released, error LED is also released simultaneously.

Thanks IM, I've got all the old stuff like that page you tried to copy/paste. Just nothing on the new units/controller, or anything with CH12.

Hi Paul, I have a whole range of data on the new stuff, (none on the older).

CH12 Error Code: "EEPROM Sum Check Error - Outdoor unit PCB EEPROM failure, try removing EEPROM and refitting if removable (possible contact fault), otherwise replace the PCB if the EEPROM is non removable.
