trade counter in or close to central London....

Hi, I am moving down to the old smoke, London Town shortly and I will be mostly working in and around Central London.
Question - Where will I be able to source parts? Anyone know of any good trade counters / wholesalers where I would be able to purchase basic items such as fan motors, refrigerant etc...

There's a Climate Centre in Camden. Not great but sometimes stock the basics snd the coffee machine's a bit ropey!
