whats the best qualification I can do part time in the next year???

I am looking to get into refrigeration as I am moving to Australia at the beginning of 2012. Whats the best qualification I can do between now and then in my spare time (evenings and weekends) to make me more employable when I am out there??? Any ideas?

NVQ?
DIPLOMA?

Ideally i would like to do the technical side of an NVQ online
then an intensive course to complete the practical side, is this possible??

no was going to go over on a working holiday visa and see how I get on. If I do well I will look to apply for permanent residency.

Depending on where you are arriving from, you may have a problem arriving in Australia, asking for visitors visa and wanting to work, check out the options before leaving home.
Best training is getting an apprenticeship, and without Australian Citizenship, you would be pushing the odds.
