Mcquay oil loss
Mcquay wdc050 compressor ceo50. Losing oil slowly on one compressor and the other compressor is not losing oil. Does any one have a diagram of the internal parts of the compressor.

Check oil filter and oil pump.
Is it a tandem set up?

Re: Mcquay oil loss
It is a water cooled centrifugal chiller , and i have replaced the oil filter on this compressor. I have been losing the oil slowly on this compressor but the other compressor is just fine. Two compressors share the same cooler and condenser. I have replaced the discharge check valve on the compressor that is losing oil as it was broken. This is point where I am now.

Re: Mcquay oil loss
hi camaro,
so it is a water chiller?, it sounds like its running with no load so its likely you will find the oil in the evaporator,
