any technique idea to repair trailing/loss water in a Heat Exchangers?

Let me see if I can get this correct. You are asking if there is a way to correct water leaking from a heat exchanger? What/where and how is the application used?

where is it leaking?
either replace gaskets or plug the leaking tube with a brass plug.
