Is the EPA refrigerator analysis software out of date

I'm looking for the the EPA refrigerator analysis (ERA)software to simulate the household refrigerators. Since it's free and supported by the DOE & EPA, I think that I would find it with easy .
But after a day surfing on the internet, I find it's quite hard to find the ERA software and its manual. Why? Is it out of date or not good?But I still need it to simulate so as to finish my paper.
